Parent Empowerment Groups – Starting 23/02/24

- Mandeville Primary School
- St Matthias
- Online
- The Olive School
Families will have the opportunity to:
- Establish their best hopes
- Identifying their strengths
- Practicing catching and changing unhelpful thoughts
- Explore what stress is and what you do to support themselves
- Imaging what they would do if they knew they couldn’t fail
